On this residential plot you build a house (up to 3 storeys) and connect utilities. The documents — GPZU and boundaries — are already in place.

Buyout into ownership
Once the house is built, you buy the plot from the municipality at a fixed price of ₽512,286 — 50% of the cadastral value. The land becomes yours.
The purchase can be done remotely from any region or country. We handle the deal online via electronic registration with DomClick / Sberbank — no need to travel to Kaliningrad.
